Our community is surrounded by farmland, but conveniently located within a short distance of Interstates 78 and 81. Here at Beach Run your land lease fee includes the real estate taxes on the land, trash service, recycling removal, and street snow removal. There are currently no available lots for new homes in Beach Run, but if you wish to move to our community, please contact a local real estate agent or check with our office.
